Can multiple people share a single login account?

No - User's are licenced for individual people, not shared accounts. Each person who needs to be able to login to SureView needs their own individual user account. 

Sharing a user account between multiple people breaches the SureView licensing terms

In addition; sharing login details poses a high security risk. All user actions when processing security alarms or making system updates are audited against the individual person who did them. It is essential that this audit trail is accurate and actions are assigned to the individual person.
