Add Event ID and Link to body of Notification email

Most notification emails result in a trip back to SureView to check one thing or another, but there's not a straightforward way to do this from the notification itself.

Currently, one must open SureView in another tab, navigate to Event Search, then type in the Event ID which can only be found in the email by mousing over or downloading an attached SitRep and referring to the file name.

Ideally, the Notification should have a link to the Event page (https://us.sureviewops.com/#/eventsearch/{EVENTID}) in the body to allow for a much more streamlined experience. At a minimum, adding the Event ID as text to the Notification body would at least reduce steps in having to find it in the file-name of an attachment.
