The issue is that with an apparent recent update, double-clicking ANYWHERE in the clip expands the clip to full-screen. Double-clicking to view full-screen is helpful feature.
HOWEVER, it currently also expands the clip to full-screen when clicking the speed buttons.
We watch hundreds of clips an hour and accelerate through them as quickly as possible, when possible, until an actionable item is observed. However, it is almost impossible to speed up when double-clicking anywhere in the frame switches between full-screen view. Slowly single-clicking the speed buttons is counterintuitive and slows our workflow significantly.
This affects every clip, in every event, for every user. The delay in our ability to view clips sped up compounds extensively when applied across the breadth of our nightly use viewing thousands of clips.
The simple solution would be to limit the double-click-to-expand feature to NOT include the area where the clip speed buttons are.
