Pre-Alarm Recording for Badge Activity

I would love to see a function similar to pre-alarm recording for cameras that brings recent badge activity into the event for review. This would help a great deal in identifying false positives and reducing the time and effort for triaging down alarms related to door activities.

Since we don't want to flood the system with Access Granted events with no action to take, we don't generally want them in our event queue. However, this info is sometimes relevant when responding to alarms, and can help identify faulty equipment or bad behaviors which can be addressed to ultimately help refine the incoming signals for the Operators. Here are some use-cases:

• Door Forced Open - An authorized person enters a restricted area to perform work or to check the room. Upon leaving, the REX doesn't activate properly, the door didn't close tightly, etc., and a false-positive door forced is issued. If the operator can see the person entering and checking the room on camera and see that indeed an authorized user had an access granted to get in, they can escalate the door issue to the technical security team and close the event quickly.
• Door Forced Open 2 - A door forced alarm comes in, upon reviewing the camera and access control log from immediately ahead of the incident, the Operator can see there was an access granted but the door forced triggered anyway. They can escalate the door issue to the technical security team and close the event quickly.
• Door Held Open - The Operator can see who used their card to unlock the door and determine whether any further action is needed - if it's a repeat user, site security can address the behavior with them to look for a solution
• Denied/Invalid Access Level - This would require an ongoing feed through the event. An employee without access tries their card on a door and triggers an alarm in SureView. Moments later, the employee escorting them swipes theirs for an access granted and legitimate unlock. The operator can see the person trying to gain entry is escorted by another user, and if there's anything suspicious, knows immediately who both parties are without having to leave SureView.
