Planned
For Triggered Actions, it would be good to be able to select the same action for multiple choices. For example, Selecting "Fire" or "EMS" from a list of dispatch options in a given location may both present the local FD contact number.
Currently this can be worked around by making an option for "Fire or EMS," but having them be discrete answers would allow for better metrics tracking of incident types based on answer to this question.

Hi Roger,
Thanks very much for this Feature Request. I agree that being able to select the same action for multiple choices would be very useful for the use case you described and it would be a good addition to SureView Ops
Although I can't give specifics on the timeline I can confirm that we've added this to our development roadmap
Kind Regards,
Tom
I know this one is already planned (thanks!) but I wanted to toss in another use-case I came across yesterday as you guys look at the value and prioritization of this feature.
I have an Action Plan for each site where the operator is asked if they need to dispatch someone and it gives them a list to choose from:
For the first three, after the action is done, it prompts them to call site management and security to notify them that this call has taken place. Given that SureView Ops has the capability to have an event collaboratively worked by multiple operators, it would be really great if I could trigger the "after hanging up with the emergency responders call security" and "after hanging up with the emergency responders call site management" actions concurrently with the selection of police, fire, or EMS so the lead operator can ask for help and speed the alerting process. As it is, since I can only link an action once, I can't do that without creating identical actions that are linked separately to each of the "Police," "Fire," and "EMS" actions.
