Hello,
I am looking to get a feature created to be able to customize the text shown in the Alarm Processing Queue under the Location and Event sections for basic email alarms. I have created all the alarms with their own individual emails and I am trying to get the exact syntax for each of the alarm alerts to give the most amount of info but still be easy enough for the dispatchers to send help easily based on the info. If a feature was added to allow me to edit all of these fields of text without having to go camera interface side it would be a huge help. Currently with the process it has both a Subject and a Message for each of the alarms. I had to completely erase the message on each of the alarms in order for the syntax to be correct and acceptable in the Processing Queue. Without a message being sent with the alarm the email that creates the alarm is honestly useless because it only has the subject which is usually "Motion Detected". Please let me know if this is possible and if there is a work-around for now that I could use. Thanks for your time and consideration on this new feature.

I would also like to add to this feature request to include the Location. In the Location section when an alarm is triggered It shows both the "parent site" and the site with the alarm going off. If I was able to customize this field it would be less confusing to the dispatchers because there will only be one location in the location section.
