Event Search - Filter By Alarm

It would be a great feature to be able to expand the event search function to the level where you can choose a site, and then filter by that site by a specific alarm.

This would make the process of comparing logs to the alerts to ensure guards/operators are logging all events.

  • Bumping this up as I was about to open a feature request for it as well.

Adding in a filter like the search bar at the top of the Device Setup page would be extremely helpful for finding specific incidents or looking into a particular floor or device (assuming one's device naming convention allows that).

    Examples:

    • As an investigator, I'm looking into an alarm for a specific door and it appears it may be faulty, or perhaps I see something I feel may have happened previously as well; If I can refine my event search to only include alarms from that device, I can quickly see every time it went off within my search timeframe along with the event details (unlike in Insights) instead of seeing all alarms for the area and having to individually click them to gain an understanding of what might be going on.
    • As an investigator, I am reviewing an alarm and find it would be beneficial to see all alarm activity on a given floor of a building (in my setup, the Building is an area and the device names denote the floor as part of their naming convention) to help me identify related incidents. Currently I have to click through each event in the Area within my time frame, but adding this filter would allow me to only see events originating from devices that match my search, in this case, which have the FL designation I'm looking for.
