Rather than having to have text in a procedure that instructs an operator to click and complete the notify tool, the Action Plan should be configurable to have a an action trigger the notification dialog as the next step in the flow rather than one of the existing action types.

This is a feature we would like implemented. We have multiple use cases where we would like to add action steps that can pre-define Notify options. The operators would only be required to acknowledge and send via the action steps, rather than have the operator go through the motions for very specific circumstances that require timely response times. This action step would save valuable time during emergency situations.
