Release 10 (2025) - 18th November

Fixes & Improvements

• Login: Resolved an issue where users in a suite-controlled tenancy were sometimes redirected to the Desktop Suite UI instead of the Field Ops interface when trying to log in through the mobile app.

Fixes & Improvements

• User Setup: Fixed an issue where searches on the Users page were case-sensitive.
• Contacts: Fixed an issue in Suite where, after editing and closing a contact, the search would reset.

Release 8 (2025) - 27th August

Fixes & Improvements

• User Setup: Fixed an issue where the License and Email columns were not being removed from the User Setup page in Suite when filtered out.

Release 7 (2025) - 12th August

Fixes & Improvements

• Contacts & Areas: Resolved an issue where, when editing the inherited property for a Contact or Area in Suite, it would not update when saving.

• Suite: Resolved an issue where, when logging into Suite as a non-admin user, an "Admin privileges are required" error would occur.

• Contacts: Increased the character limit for User and Contact names to 256 characters.
• User Menu: Resolved an issue where the top-right user menu in Suite takes up 90% of the screen width.

• Contacts: Adjusts the character limit for Contacts to 500 when manually creating a user group in Suite.

Fixes & Improvements

• Suite: Resolves an issue where new user licenses were being removed following login. Also resolves an issue where user groups were being duplicated in the process.

• Suite: Add the SureView Icon to the browser favicon.

Fixes & Improvements

• Areas: Resolved an issue where addresses were editable in sync-controlled areas.
• Contacts: Resolved an issue where the "Search by Contacts" feature would return zero results due to case sensitivity.
• Reporting: Resolved an issue where you could not run the Tenancy Login Report after deleting a user.
• Settings: Resolved an issue where the clipboard could not copy content on the settings page.
• Sync: Resolved an issue with data duplication during the syncing process.
• Suite: Resolved an issue where new users could not sign up for an account in Suite.

• Syncing: Resolved an issue where manually changed Time Zone was being overwritten by Sync.
• User Setup: Resolved an issue where case-sensitive email addresses caused users to be disabled and recreated.

• Contacts: Resolved an issue where recently deleted contacts were not being removed in Suite following syncing.
• Syncing: Resolved an issue where User, Contacts, and Area were not syncing properly.

New Features

Site Staff User Code Verification

This feature adds the ability to configure Contact and Site Staff verification codes within the Suite and sync into Response.

Validate Pin Code

The validate Pin Code Modal Component can be used by Operators to verify a Contact is who they say they are when processing Alarms.

• Suite: Fixed an issue with contacts, roles, and groups being editable on inactive billing tenancies.
