New Features

This release brings with it the foundation of the Virtual Operator - SureView's AI-powered automation system that transforms how Security Operations Centers handle routine tasks and event response.

Please note that these new features need to be enabled by a SureView engineer. To have these added to your account, please contact your account manager.

  • Virtual Assist toggle - Enable AI-generated event summaries with configurable word count limits (minimum and maximum)
  • Virtual Operator toggle - Enable AI operators to handle event processing and response
  • Virtual Operator Count setting - Control the maximum number of Virtual Operators that can run simultaneously
  • General Behavior Context configuration - Define how Virtual Operators should describe events and escalations
  • Seconds Before First Action setting - Configure timing delays before Virtual Operators begin processing events
  • Seconds To Poll For Clips setting - Set how frequently Virtual Operators check for new video clips
  • Watch Live Cameras Seconds setting - Define how long Virtual Operators should monitor live camera feeds
