It would be useful if operators had the option to verify authorized contacts by their pin codes while in the Audit Window. A Pin Code button that would allow the operator to enter a pin code. If the pin code entered is valid it would stamp a valid message in the history but if it is invalid it would stamp an invalid message. The pin code would only be valid if the authorized contact is listed for the same area(s) that is being processed.

This feature already exists for Sureview Suite customers.
Once a PIN is configured for a contact in the Suite - Contact Setup page then a Verify icon will appear within the Contacts view in Area Details. This allows operators to verify a contact PIN while handling an alarm event. The results of the PIN check are logged into the alarm event's audit trail.

Thank you, Tom. I have tested this with the instructions you provided and it works the way I was hoping it would. This is a great feature.
