Mobile App Error "User does not have a linked asset"
This means that your user has not been configured with a "Linked Asset" in the User Setup screen
Please ask one of your SureView admins to assign your user an "Asset Type" To do this they can
- Login with an admin account
- Go to the Users setup screen
- Edit your User
- In the "Asset" drop down - pick the required Asset Type
Note: The Asset Type must have both "Mobile User" and "Visible on Map" enabled within the Asset Setup screen - Press Save
The Mobile User should now be able to login to the Field Ops Mobile app without an error.
