Mobile App Error "User does not have a linked asset"

This means that your user has not been configured with a "Linked Asset" in the User Setup screen

 

Please ask one of your SureView admins to assign your user an "Asset Type" To do this they can

  1. Login with an admin account
  2. Go to the Users setup screen
  3. Edit your User
  4. In the "Asset" drop down - pick the required Asset Type
    Note: The Asset Type must have both "Mobile User" and "Visible on Map" enabled within the Asset Setup screen
  5. Press Save

The Mobile User should now be able to login to the Field Ops Mobile app without an error.
