Contacts: Roles

SureView Operations provides the flexibility to label contacts with a Role that is unique to your operation. This provides contact to operators and users who are the best person to call for assistance when an event occurs.

 

A contact Role could be a Job Title for example "Operations Manager" or "Fire Marshal" or used for labelling contacts i.e. "Primary Contact" "Secondary Contact" etc. Contacts can have multiple roles. 

 

Before adding a Contact, it’s important to specify what Role they play in the organization. To begin, select the mceclip26.png button. This will bring up the following menu:

If the Contact Role you wish to add is not in the list of default, you can add a new one with the mceclip28.png button. In the popup that appears, simply add the Role’s title and hit Save to proceed.
