Contacts: Overview

The Contacts section of SureView Operations allows the team to store a central managed address box that will aid in the response to events.

Contacts can be viewed in a few different places throughout the platform including: 

The Contacts page from the main menu  

The Area details when responding to an alarm 

An Action Plan step while processing an alarm
