Configuring Event Tags

Have more questions? Submit a request

Event Tags are labels that can be applied to alarm events either automatically by the system or manually by an operator to provide to make it easier to search and report on historic alarm events.

Additionally Tags can be used to force alarms to "Always Raise" overriding Masking and Ignore settings against that particular alarm or area.

Example tags could be

  • Maintenance
  • Security Event
  • Critical
  • Door Event

To create the list of Tags that can be used:

  1. Using an Administrator account go to the Main Menu
