Native Integration: Sync Configuration
Using the Sureview Advanced Device Setup go to the Sync Tab and add "Titan" as a new Sync System including the following fields

Native Integration: Area Sync
Once you have saved your Sync Configuration (described above) you can then add the individual Area Syncs to synchronise Notification Templates (Titan Broadcast Presets) against individual Areas in SureView.
Important: It's recommended that you first create a dedicated "Titan" area to synchronise into, this helps keeps the items organised
- Go to the Sureview "Syncs" tab (when adding or editing your Sync System)
- Click Add Area Sync

Leaving the identifier blank will cause sync to bring in all Titan Broadcast Presets. If you only want to synchronise specific Notification Templates (Broadcast Filter) then enter a identifier. You can use * wildcards to sync in all broadcast filters with a name that matches e.g. TemplateFilter=*Evacuate*; would match the Titan Broadcast Filters Fire Evacuate

Triggering Notifications
Before notifications can be sent via Sureview a "Preset" must be configured in Titan first. Sureview cannot send new broadcasts that haven't been pre-configured and it cannot send broadcasts to users that aren't already part of the preset you are trying to send.
Presets can be created in Titan within the "Manage presets" tab using the "New Preset" option at the top. On the left is also a "People" tab, allowing you to configure the users and their roles, Sureview is not aware of users configured in Titan, it is only aware of presets.
Once the Titan has been synced into Sureview an action plan with a "Mass Notification" step will need to be created, here you can choose the template you have configured in Titan.
Operators will use the Mass Notification action step to send Mass Notifications when needed:
Note: The "This template has no recipients" warning can be ignored. This is because the Titan integration sends mass notifications via Notification Templates/Titan Presets only and does not use individual receipts.
IMPORTANT: If you add individual recipients to the mass notification action step in sureview they will be ignored. The notification will only be via the Titan Preset as configured in Titan
Choosing "Show Advanced Options" will allow the user to edit the text of the alert before sending it.

Note: Sureview only allows notifications via Titan Broadcast Presets (Notification Templates). Selecting anything else in the Mass Notification Action Plan Recipient will cause the notification to be rejected.
Notification Templates
Notification Templates (Titan Broadcasts Presets) should ONLY be created and edited from within Titan HST itself and then synced into Sureview .
Titan HST Notification Templates must not be edited with the Sureview Notification Templates setup page as this will invalidate the link between the sureview notification template and the Titan Broadcast Presets
