Package Requirements
The following packages will be deployed by your SureView Engineer

Important: This integration is for SureView Enterprise only. SureView Response SaaS is currently not supported.
Version Requirements
Validated against: Exacq Server 24.03.4.0
Requires ExacqVision web service installed and running on Exacq Server
Important: Integration is only compatible with Exacq Models that support ExacqVision Web Service
"The exacqVision web service is pre-installed on all exacqVision A Series and Z Series systems. You can also install it on exacqVision ELX Series systems."

The WebService port can be verified by logging in to your Exacq Web Service interface and navigating to the Ports section

Permission Requirements
Exacq user with at least the following permissions:
- All
Allow Live Viewingpermissions - All
Allow searchingpermissions
Ensure that the following User Security Settings are disabled: "Disable User" "User Must Change Password" and "Temporary User"
Users are configured in the ExacqView client "Users" section
Sureview Device Setup
The following Device Setup can be used with Sync or with Get Config.
Important: Exacq Sync/GetConfig will return all available cameras for the Exacq Server ID that's entered into the ExtraValue

Exacq Server ID
To find your Exacq Server ID open your web browser and navigate to

This will then show a list of all Exacq Servers and their ID's
Cameras
Camera fields will be automatically populated by Get Config / Sync

Exacq Camera ID
The Exacq Camera ID is loaded automatically into Sureview via Get Config or Sync.
The Exacq Camera ID can be found in 2 different ways:

Login to the "exacqVision Client" and choose the Monitor option in the top left:
- Drag and drop the camera you want the ID for into one of the frames

Right click on the view for that camera and choose "Properties...":
- The "Camera ID" will be shown at the bottom, it is the number in the brackets.
Or:
- Login to your Exacq Web Interface "Web Browser / Thin Client"
- Open the Browser Network Logs (F12 then select the Network Tab)
- Search for "Devices" and click on any of the resulting network calls
- View the network "Response" for a JSON Formatted list of the available cameras and each camera's individual ID
