Standards: Troubleshooting

I'm receiving "Root Response" alarms

This means the incoming Reconeyez alarm hasn't matched to an alarm point. Make sure that the Reconeyez Device ID in the relevant alarm "Response Code" is correct note: It's case-sensitive

You can check this by:

  1. Open  the "Root Response" alarm in SureView (Site Monitor)
  2. Expanding the Alarm Details
  3. Click the "Open Original Email" button (envelope icon)
  4. Copy the "SureViewResponseCode" in the email
  5. Going to your Alarm Setup screen
  6. Ensure the relevant Alarm point has the exact Response Code entered.

Once the correct response code has been added, future alarms should match correctly.
