Raise Case

The Raise Case button allows users to promote a SureView Response Alarm Event into SureView Cases. You can select the Case Type from the dropdown and enter any additional summary notes as required.

Important Note

Raise Case is only available to SureView Cases customers. If you do not have a SureView Cases account this button will not be shown.
