Bulk Alarm Clear allows Administrators to bulk clear alarm events directly from the main queue. This can be useful during times of testing or if there is an unexpected flood of nuisance alarms.
The administrator will need to select a closure category and provide a note explaining the closure. The closed events are fully audited and viewable in the event history.
Required User Permission: Alarm Processing / Allow the user to end multiple alarms through the Event Queue page
- Activate the feature by clicking the Alarm button in the top toolbar
- Select the requred Alarm Events you want to end (or click "Select All")
- Press "End Selected Events"
- Choose the Event Category and enter a Note
- Press Confirm
