Your account credentials are expired

This means that you did not use the link in the sureview registration email quick enough so the invitation has expired.

Please ask one of your sureview admins to re-send the user invitation. To do this they can

  1. Login with an admin account
  2. Go to the Users setup screen
  3. Click the Filter button in the rop right corner of the table
  4. Tick the "Show Registration Status"
  5. Press Done
  6. Find the user who has expired credentials
  7. The Registration Status column will show "Invitation Expired!"
  8. Click the paper envolope button next to the "Invitation Expried!" message to re-send the invite

Once you receive the new invitation please make sure to follow the link in the email and set your password quickly so it doesn't expire again.
