Does SureView provide static IP addresses?
No. Our SaaS platform runs on a modern, distributed cloud infrastructure (AWS). To ensure high availability and prevent downtime, our server IP addresses change dynamically as we scale or perform security updates.

- How it works: A locally deployed server (physical or virtual) that facilitates running on-premise integrations, passing video and alarms to SureView Ops (SaaS) for operators to interact with
- No Port Forwarding: It creates a secure, encrypted "outbound" connection to our cloud. This eliminates the need for you to open firewall ports or manage complex whitelists.
