Why did my login session expire?
If you are using SureView Response and are unexpectedly logged out and redirected to the Login screen with the message "Your login session has expired" then this can mean that your user account has been logged in elsewhere.
This could be if you have attempted to open SureView Response in a second browser window or tab (SureView Response can only be run in a single browser session at a time) or if someone has used the credentials to login from a different machine.
Multiple individuals and/or sessions can't be used with the same user account. This is essential to ensure a full and accurate Audit Trail for all security events.
Remember: You must never share your password with anyone.
