Parked Queue

When an operator parks an Alarm event (i.e. Pauses the event or puts it on hold temporarily) it moves into the Parked Queue

Clicking on an Alarm Event will start processing it again. If no one clicks the parked event by the time the "Parked Until" time is reached, the Alarm Event will be automatically promoted back to the main alarm queue

On smaller screens you may want to hide the Parked queue so more screen space can be given to the main alarm queue. To do this click on the Hide button
