Quick End

If the feature has been configured and enabled by your administrator team (see Quick End Settings) then operators are able to quickly end an event with a preselected Category and note by using the Quick End button.

Before the button is activated the operators will first need to

  1. Complete an required (red) action plan steps - if there are any
  2. Receive any required "Restore" alarms (e.g. a Door Held Open may need a Door Held Open Restore before it can be closed out)

If there are no Required Action Steps or Restorable alarms then an operator can quickly end an entire event with only one step

  1. Click "Quick End (Shift+ Q)

This will end the event with the default Event Category and return the Operator to the alarm queue
