This manufacturer's devices support standards for streaming video and receiving alarms.
The following is a camera integration that utilises the SureView Universal Integrations and is included as part of all SureView Ops Subscriptions
What is i-Pro? A global camera manufacturer mainly based in Japan
Integration Description: This part of our "Universal Integration" which are included as standard for all SureView Ops customers. This cameras live video can be auto-detected and configured using an On-Prem Ops Link and provide RTSP Live Streaming and can be set to send Email / SMTP Alarms (with attachments) into SureView Ops.

Configuration
The following are the steps required to configured i-Pro work with the Sureview.
Before you begin
Before you configure your i-Pro system to work with Sureview make sure you have the following:
- An Ops Link installed on to the local network
- All required ports configured (see Components and Communication)
- Username and password of your i-Pro Camera(s)
- Camera Stream set to H.264 with a maximum resolution of 1280x720 and max 10 fps
SureView Ops Ops only permits video encoded as H.264 to be streamed from cameras and video systems. See Video Requirements
- ONVIF is enabled
i-Pro Configuration
Enabling ONVIF
- Login to the Web Interface of the i-Pro Camera
- Click Setup in the Side Bar Menu
- Expand the Network section and click "Network"
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and make sure ONVIF is set to On
- Press Set
Setting Stream Type / Quality
- Login to the Web Interface of the i-Pro Camera
- Click Setup in the Side Bar Menu
- Expand "Image/Audio" and click "Image"
- Scroll to "Stream(1)" and make sure the following settings are selected
Stream transmission: On
Stream encoding Format: H.264
Image Capture Size: 1280x720 (or lower)
Transmission priority: Constant bit rate
Frame Rate: 10fps (or lower)
Max bit rate: 515KB (or lower)
Image Quality: Normal (or lower)
- Once finished. Press Set
Standards: Email Alarms
Note: You must setup your SureView Email Alarm Points before configuring the i-Pro camera to send email alarms. Please see the Email Alarm Setup support page for more details
- Login to the Web Interface of the i-Pro Camera
- Click Setup in the Side Bar Menu
- Expand "Network" and click "Advanced"
- In the SMTP(E-mail) section make sure the following settings are selected
E-mail notification: On
Alarm image attachment: On
Image capture size: JPEG(1) (1280x720) - or lower
SMTP Server address: us-smtp.sureviewops.com (if your Ops account is held in the US) OR eu-smtp.sureviewops.com (if your Ops account is held in the EU
SMTP Port: 587
Authentication: None
Sender Email-Address: sureview@yourorganisationname.com
SSL: Off
Destination of notification (Address 1)
Destination E-Mail Address: Your unique SureView Alarming Email Address (see Email Alarm Setup support page) - it will look something like a7yxqbje4g@us.sureviewops.com OR a7yxqbje4g@eu.sureviewops.com)
Tick all required notification checkboxes (if unsure, tick all of them)
- Scroll down to the "Email subject" and "Email body section" and set
E-mail subject(Alarm): %p%
E-mail subject(Diag): [Information]
Email: Body(Alarm) The %p% alarm on camera %c% occurred at %t%.
Anything you put into the Email "Subject" will be shown to the Operator as the Alarm Text
Anything you put into the email body can be expanded by an operator when they want to view more details (but isn't shown automatically)
- Click the Set button
SureView Configuration
Follow the steps on the Video Device (Cameras) Setup and Email Alarm Setup support pages
RTSP Port
Ops Link will automatically detect the camera's RTSP Port but if configuring manually you can find i-Pro's RTSP port by going to the cameras' getdata page

then search for "RTSPPORT"
RTSP URL
Ops-Link will automatically detect the camera's RTSP URL but if configuring manually i-Pro's RTSP url should be set to: Src/MediaInput/h264/stream_1
