How do I raise a support ticket and see the tickets i've already raised?

Once you've signed in you can...,
Raise a New Support Ticket
Click the "Submit a request" link in the top right corner of the screen
View your existing tickets (and any other activities)
Click your name in the top right corner of the screen then click "My Activities"
