How do I raise a support ticket and see the tickets i've already raised?

For all the different options on how to Contact SureView Support please see our  Contact Page.

 

No matter how you decide to contact SureView Support you can see your open and solved tickets by registering (if you haven't already) and then signing in to the SureView Ops Suport Portal

Note: Your SureView Ops Support Portal account is seperate to your SureView Ops login

Once you've signed in you can...,

  • Raise a New Support Ticket
    Click the "Submit a request" link in the top right corner of the screen

  • View your existing tickets (and any other activities)
    Click your name in the top right corner of the screen then click "My Activities"
